Discover the benefits of mindfulness and walking in nature to health and well-being in everyday life. Mindfulness trainer and ranger, Mike Pupius, and sound expert and ranger, Charlotte Swain will lead a walk through the historic Bolehill Quarries up to Millstone Edge and Surprise View returning through Padley Gorge. We will finish at Padley Chapel where there will be an opportunity to look inside.
