Discover the benefits of mindfulness and walking in nature to health and well-being in everyday life.  Mindfulness trainer and ranger, Mike Pupius, and sound expert and ranger, Charlotte Swain will lead a walk through the historic Bolehill Quarries up to Millstone Edge and Surprise View returning through Padley Gorge.  We will finish at Padley Chapel where there will be an opportunity to look inside.
The walk offers an opportunity to truly appreciate the peace and tranquillity of the quiet areas and to learn about aspects of mindfulness and to connect with nature.
 
Event Terrain: Not pushchair nor wheelchair friendly. 
 
Event Grade: Moderate: moderate walks on ground with sometimes rough and uneven terrain and gradients.

Cost: £10 per person aged 18 and above. Children aged 17 and below go free on any suitable event.
