Discover the benefits of mindfulness and walking in nature to health and well-being in everyday life. Mindfulness trainer and ranger, Mike Pupius and sound expert and ranger, Charlotte Swain will lead a walk through the historic Bolehill Quarries up to Surprise View returning through the picturesque Padley Gorge. 

Several simple mindfulness tools and techniques such as sense foraging and the Five Pathways to Nature Connection will be introduced for you to experience. There is a growing body of knowledge endorsing how these simple practices can enhance your health and wellbeing and increase your enjoyment of nature. No prior knowledge of mindfulness is required.  

Join us to discover how you can bring mindfulness into your everyday life whilst walking in nature.
