A scenic walk with time to enjoy some spectacular views of the limestone dales in the White Peak. Snippets of history, murders from a bygone era, ghostly goings-on and even a highway man all feature in this leisurely paced walk.
Event Grade: Moderate - moderate walks on ground with sometimes rough and uneven terrain and gradients.
Event Terrain: Mostly on footpaths and tracks with occasional stiles. Some steeper uphill / downhill sections and stretches of uneven or rocky ground.
Extra Items: Binoculars if you have them, packed lunch and drink, walking boots/shoes, waterproofs, sun cream and hat.
