Join us for a wellbeing boost from nature as we discover the delights of Autumn on the moors. Peak District Rangers will guide you through simple techniques to connect with nature and boost your wellbeing.

Event Grade: Easy - short walks on paths that may be rough and uneven. Taken at a leisurely pace. May involve stiles and rough ground. 

Event Terrain: Some uneven ground and slopes. Rock can be slippery when wet.
