Join us for a winter wellbeing boost from nature as we immerse ourselves in the seasonal sights and sounds on a wander around the reservoir. Peak District Rangers will guide you through simple techniques to connect with nature and boost your wellbeing.

Event Grade: Easy - short walks on paths that may be rough and uneven. Taken at a leisurely pace. May involve stiles and rough ground. 

Event Terrain: Some uneven ground and slopes. Rock can be slippery when wet. 

Start: 10:00am  Finish: 12:00noon
