Join us for a springtime wellbeing boost from nature as we discover the delights of Cressbrook Dale National Nature Reserve. Peak District Rangers will guide you through simple techniques to connect with nature and boost your wellbeing. If we're lucky we might even spot some stunning Early Purple Orchids.
Event Grade: Easy - short walks on paths that may be rough and uneven. Taken at a leisurely pace. May involve stiles and rough ground.
Event Terrain: Some uneven ground and slopes. Rock can be slippery when wet.
