Come join us on this guided walk for foraging and wildflowers. We will explore the abundant vegetation in the amazing scenery of the White Peak by the famous River Dove and surrounding woodland and grass-field. We will look at various vegetations and their foliage/flowers and there may even be spring mushrooms to learn their identification, edibility, medicinal use and other benefits. This leisurely paced walk brings benefits to your fitness level whilst expanding your knowledge on edible/usable and beautiful plants.
Event Grade: Moderate - moderate walks on ground with sometimes rough and uneven terrain and gradients.
