A chance for walkers, not used to the high moors, to experience a terrific high-level walk in the company of experienced rangers. Taking in highlights like Back Tor and Lost Lad before heading across rarely visited moors to the Wet Stones and then High Stones - at 548m, the County Top of South Yorkshire. Stunning 360 degree views.  

Event Terrain: Very steep in place, with some very rough walking over pathless terrain.  

Event Grade:  Hard - longer more challenging walks usually with ascents and descents and rough terrain.  

Extra Items: Please bring lunch and plenty of water. Also, waterproofs, sun protection and good hiking boots.
